School Description
This school is taught by Factory training personnel.
It is designed for Sales and Installation Personnel with at least 6 Months field experience.
Empahsis will be on proper application and installation with focus on Job Conditions and Actual problems
that may arise in the field because of install conditions providing the student with realistic problems on which to test his newly learned skills at home and after the
class is completed. Samsung Trainer Dennis Dumm and broad background will enable him to relate to any tech with real time
knowledge of field problems and their appropriate fixes. Also in attendence will be John Myles factory engineer to answer your
technical and design questions.

School Description:R-410a Refrigerant Certification
In 2010 the EPA will require the abandonment of R-22 for A/C refrigerant. Carrier and Trane have
bought into this initiative early and have focused on the sale of this equipment even though
the standard is 4 years away. Bring your staff up to speed and compete against the Agway and Trane
Dealer that is pushing envionmentally friendly A/C equipment at premium prices and profits. This course
will get your people up to speed on how to Sell and Service R410a Refrigerant.
School Description:The Thermostatic Expansion Valve Installation & Troubleshooting
The Thermostatic Expansion Valve course examines the benefits and operation of the TEV
as well as installation, Diagnosis, and Replacement of this device. With the advent of the
13 Seer Energy initiative TXV Valves are coming into wider use than we have seen previously
and this segment will help prepare your technicians to deal with the industry standard metering device.
This school is taught by Bill Smith, Trainer and Regional Service Representative for Ruud Manufacturing
It is designed Service Technicians with at least 6 Months field experience.
Class room instruction for each segment will include a factory workbook and review questions. is enhanced buy computer aided training CD which will be given to each student
Bill Smith's broad background will enable him to relate to any tech with real time
knowledge of field problems and their appropriate fixes. It is not often that the student will find an
instructor with as much field time as Bill has and he will be able to relate to issues of concern to you
technical people where many other trainers will not.
