We are now stocking Ruud's UBHK Series air handler. Combined with
Ruud's 12 SEER UAMB series condenser will give you a matched system
with up to 14 SEER ratings. You can now offer your customer 13-14
SEER ratings using our stock 12-seer condenser and this high efficiency
air handler and be very competitive.
How much more will this system cost? If you consider the price
of the 12 SEER condensers and the standard air handler and the
expansion valve kit required to get a full 12 seer, and then take
the price of the 12 SEER condensers and the UBHK air handler and
subtract this from the 12 SEER system you are adding less than
$200.00 to up sell to a 14 & 13 SEER unit.

The 1.5 ton RUUAMB018JAZ with a
RUUBHK17J00NHB to get 14.05 SEER.
The 2ton RUUAMBO24JAZ with a
RUUBHK17J00NHC will get 14 SEER.
The 2.5 ton RUUAMB030JAZ with a
RUUBHK21JOONHB will get 13.6 SEER.
The 3-ton RUUAMB036JAZ with a
RUUBHK21J00NHC will get 13.6 SEER.
The 3.5-ton RUUAMB042JAZ with a
RUUBHK24J00NHB will get 13.4 SEER.
We are stocking the UBHK air handlers set up for versatile 4-way
convertible design for up flow, down flow, horizontal left and
horizontal right with the coil installed with both vertical and
horizontal drain pans. Nominal airflow, up to 1.0" external
static pressure. Dip switch settings for selectable, customized
cooling airflow over a wide variety of applications. On-demand
dehumidification terminal that adjusts airflow to help control
humidity for unsurpassed comfort in cooling mode.
