TORK “PULL-OUT” A/C DISCONNECT AVAILABLE

One of the mainstays of Yaun Co’s air conditioning accessory line has been the disconnect that is required to service outdoor condensing units. Contractors need a way to turn off electricity to the condensers when they work on the system.

Contractors have asked that we carry a “pull-out” style model so we are stocking the TORK ACD60NF non-fused disconnect. It is a 60 amp disconnect in a NEMA 3R (raintight) metal enclosure. The enclosure is made from heavy duty galvanized steel and has knockouts on each side, bottom and back making it versatile for all applications. Its “deadfront” construction prevents accidental contact with live parts making it safe to work with. The unique patented door offers easy installation and has a padlock provision for safety lockout where necessary. The ACD60NF is rated for single phase 240v. applications up to 10 HP.

The TORK ACD60NF complements the SQUARE D switch style disconnect that Yaun Co. has offered for many years. Now our customers have a choice of disconnect options: pull-out or switch type. Remember Yaun Co. disconnect on your next air conditioning job.
