All Round Comfort and Safety
Thinking about adding air conditioning or other options? Don't
worry. The Elite Plus comes prewired for the easy addition of
Central Air Conditioning, Electronic Air Cleaner and Power Humidifier.
For ultimate year round comfort, a handy "on/off" switch
activates a separate circuit for continuous fan operation (at
a speed you select) during off cycles.
In "sidewall" installation, for ultimate peace of mind,
Clare's "Safety Shutdown" system will automatically
shut down the burner if the vent becomes blocked for whatever
reason. Once the blockage is removed, the system will automatically
restart. With 100% use of outside air for burner combustion, Elite
Plus system ensures that "negative" pressure conditions
which may occur in the home, will never affect the furnace's operation.

All Elite Plus models are approved for Chimney and Sidewall applications.
Maximum Chimney Efficiency
For traditional chimney applications, Elite Plus is approved for
use with or without a barometric damper. This provides you with
yet another opportunity for higher seasonal efficiencies reducing
costly heat losses up the chimney.
The Elite Plus system is approved for use with both A-vent and
L-vent chimneys.
DV-2000 Sidewall Venting System
For the optimum in efficiency and performance, Clare's new DV-2000direct
vent system eliminates the need for a chimney altogether. The
"safety shutdown" feature combined with efficiency and
performance gives you the best all-round oil furnace system available.
This option makes it an ideal choice for new homes (including
R200 design!), electric to oil conversions or if your chimney
requires repair. Special burners with purge controls contribute
to efficiency up to 87%. Vent runs up to 30' permit optimum installation
flexibility.
