Beckett’s New NX Oil Burner &
Heat Manager Boiler Control Educational Program
R.W. Beckett’s one-day service school will be presented by a member of Beckett’s Technical Service Training Team. This program is specifically designed to enhance the knowledge of oil heat servicemen, installers or related personnel, regardless of background or years of experience. Veterans and beginners find the course logical and easy to follow.
The subject matter will be technical in nature, with strong emphasis placed on burner service and troubleshooting system problems. A very substantial technical manual will be presented to each person enrolled and in attendance.
The program will feature the following Beckett components:
- New Beckett HeatManager™
- Beckett PSC Motors
- Beckett Electronic Igniters
- Beckett Controls
- Beckett CleanCut Pump
With the aid of a Power Point presentation, the program will cover:
- Combustion theory
- Combustion chambers
- Chimneys and draft
- Combustion equipment and efficiency testing
Highlighting the Beckett Model AF, AFG and AFII flame retention burners and accessories
New NX Burner
Service procedures during the seasonal maintenance
Understanding, troubleshooting and correction of system problems:
- Motors, fans & couplings
- Ignition system
- Fuel unit and oil piping
- Chimney
- Safety control system
