The float, manufactured from foamed polyethylene, is a simple, chemical and environmentally resistant, long lasting float, rather than a trapped air float molded from a material that sinks, or an expanded polystyrene float.
The pump engages in 2.5” of water, disengages in 1.125” of water. Rubber feet dampen vibration which reduces noise. An elastomeric motor mounting gasket dampens motor vibration. Red, yellow and green indicator lights show the status: green for power applied, yellow for pump running, and red for high level alarm. Four inlets versus two or three on other pumps provide the greatest installation versatility. Inlet holes have a reinforced wall for durability. There is a removable check valve for easy cleaning. A pan tablet dispenser is included free with every pump which is perfectly compatible with Diversitech’s pan tablets. ¼” quick connect terminals provide easy connections to the built-in overflow switch.
Three terminals are provided allowing the installer flexibility to connect air-handler shut down and optional alarm as needed. Switch features SPDT isolated contacts ready for connection to building automation systems. The six foot cord has a three prong molded plug. The 22 Ft. lift is standard and suitable for use with condensate from condensing boilers and high efficiency condensing furnaces. This pump will be available in 115V and comes in two ways the D1VCP22 is pump only the D1VCP22T is pump with 20 feet of tubing.
