Sullivan Co HFH Thanks Supporters

On Friday, January 24th QHT’s Jim Quincy, his wife Adair, and Biasi Regional Manager from Verona, Italy Filippo Vantini visited Yaun Company and the HFH house. QHT is the US importer of Biasi Boilers. They were generous to provide the Biasi B-10 at a substantial discount to HFH and also donated a Beckett Heat Manager to enhance the heating efficiency even more! We are delighted that they are strong supporters of HFH as many of our other vendors are. HFH appreciates the many vendors who have donated and supported this HFH home.

As volunteers prepare to finish up painting the final coat of paint for trim, walls and ceilings, Charles Crespo, owner of C & C Plumbing who volunteered his professional services, installed and fired up the Biasi boiler sending heat out through the Heat Link radiant system and Amtrol Indirect water heater. Now the carpet and vinyl can be installed. Meanwhile, another volunteer committee is working with the lawyers to prepare for the closing. The ceremony date for the Open House will be planned after the thaw and mud season. Due to the weather and lack of volunteers the landscaping will be done in the spring.
