Miller/Nordyne CMF/CMF2 A/C Damper Change

Because of the probability the Miller CMF2 Mobile Home furnace will be installed on a duct system that is served (or will one day be served) also by a self contained air-conditioner, it is important to include an automatic blank-off damper with every CMF2 installation. NOTICE: The automatic blank-off damper (902095) must be installed in an MA-100 base (903450 or 903451) underneath the CMF2 furnace before the CMF2 is placed on top of the base. There is no provision for installation of the automatic damper in a CMF2 furnace after it has been placed on the base (as was the case with the “classic CMF”). The MA-100 base should always be used to assure adequate clearance for proper operation of the damper.
