Now is the time of year when many people are looking for protection against the potential financial losses of a frozen home. We have talked in this publication previously about the peace-of-mind afforded by the simple installation of a FreezeAlarm.
Please remind your customer that although you have installed this protection device and thoroughly tested its operation, should they change their phone delivery system or the physical location of the phone, it is imperative that the device be retested. While the system will work on, for example an internet phone system, it may require some type of a filter or additional piece of equipment to enable it to work properly.
