Mistakes Happen: Please Check Your Order

Not to make excuses, but from time to time there are mistakes in orders. Whether we leave a box on our loading dock, a driver misses a box and it stays on the truck, or our order fillers pick the wrong product, mistakes happen, we’re sorry. This is why it is important that someone checks over what was delivered to confirm you received both what you ordered and the correct quantity.

Many of our customers do this as standard practice and avoid the last minute panic call when an order was delivered days ago and now at the job site or have another contractor on the job and you find something is missing. By checking your order when you receive it, you know what you received and are being billed for. This gives you a chance to get any mistakes corrected whether you see you ordered the wrong product or we shipped the wrong product.

This small step will save you unneeded stress. Give us a call if something is not correct. We will be glad to do what it takes to make your jobs go easy.
