There appears to be some confusion with the fan switch which is marked on/off. This should be in the “off” position unless you want constant air circulation. A few contractors have been called out with the complaint the blower runs all the time. The homeowner, not knowing any better, turns this switch to the “on” position causes their own problem. A few servicemen had trouble seeing this rocker switch behind some wires which are tied in bundle above the switch. The switch is located on the left side of the furnace on top of the control box. If you want the blower to work off the fan switch and come on and off by temperature leave the switch in the “off” position.
