It’s hard to believe it is “that” time already, but the falling leaves and frost on the pumpkin tells us to think about freeze protection. Many of you service weekend or seasonal homes. It could be an easy sell and install for you and peace of mind for your customer to offer a FreezeAlarm™ by Control Products.

Three models of alarms are offered; Basic, Intermediate or Deluxe. The Basic Model will call out one programmed number when either a low temperature or a high temperature exists. The Intermediate Model will call out on power failure as well as high or low temps. A recorded voice message will ring out to up to three preprogrammed numbers. The Deluxe Model adds to the features listed above by allowing the home owner the option of raising or lowering the inside temperature of the home or room by switching between preset thermostats.
