W.O.W. - Wireless Zoning Systems From Honeywell

In the last edition of the YaunCo Report, we ran an article describing how the HONEYWELL Wireless FocusPro system can save you time, increase profitability and be a big problem solver when it comes to relocating or adding thermostats.

HONEYWELL’s wireless technology gets even better when it comes to ZONING. Their TRUEZONE panel systems enable you to “wlrelessly” add zoning to a home or add MORE zones to an existing system. Most of these wireless zoning jobs can be done in one day and can eliminate the question of labor (“how much time should this wiring job take?”) when quoting your job.

The TRUEZONE panels wire directly to the equipment using easy-to-push terminals. For 3 zones use an HZ332 panel and for 4 zones use an HZ432 panel. These panels wire to the THM4000R1000 Wireless Adapter which communicates with the wireless FocusPro (REDLINK enabled) thermostats. The FocusPro thermostat installs WIRELESSLY at the chosen location and can handle up to 3-heating and 2-cooling stages and have battery back-up. Once this is done, you are ready to go!

The HZ432 TRUEZONE panel can be expanded to handle up to 32 zones by adding TAZ-4 panels (each TAZ-4 adds 4 zones.), greatly increasing its capacity.

Popular, customer friendly options to these systems are the Wireless Outdoor Sensor and the Portable Comfort Control. The Outdoor sensor displays outdoor temperature and humidity on all wireless FocusPro thermostats; information customers are always looking for. The Portable Comfort Control offers additional functionality - your customer can change the temperature in ANY zone from this one device. This can be carried around the entire house and control the comfort levels anywhere.
