Intermatic Power Failure Lighting Don’t get caught in the Dark!

Power outages at night are such an inconvenience with no electric lights as a guide you stumble around the house, knocking over or stepping on objects and possibly injuring yourself in the process. INTERMATIC can keep you safe and “out of the dark” with its Power Failure line of lighting.

The EL100 Power Failure light fits into standard electrical wall boxes and has an internal high capacity Nickel Metal Hydride (NMH) battery that charges on line voltage when power is available. When a power outage occurs, the EL100 switches into power FAILURE mode and illuminates three high-intensity LED that provide ample lighting so you are not maneuvering around in the dark. The battery has a 4 hour minimum life.

The EL200 model offers a 15 amp 120v receptacle along with the Power Failure light if a standard duplex outlet is being replaced or if an outlet is required.

Both the EL100 and EL200 lights fit a standard decora wallplate and feature a nightlight mode that can be turned on and off to provide low-level light as needed.
