David Kawauchi, Electrical Marketing Manager

Are you forever running into problems relocating thermostats? Are the labor costs of snaking and pulling wires running up your job quotes? REDLINK Wireless Technology (exclusively from HONEYWELL, engineered specifically for HVAC applications) offers solutions to these problems.

In most homes, thermostats are located in areas of the house where people DON’T spend a majority of their time and relocating of a thermostat can be time consuming and therefore, costly. With Wireless FocusPro systems, the world’s best-selling thermostat, HONEYWELL’s FocusPRO, can go anywhere and solve any relocating problems. Without the need to run wires, job quotes will be belower and jobs can be done quicker, increasing profits!

The basic kit #YTH6320R1001 includes the wireless FocusPro thermostat, an equipment interface module and a return air sensor. The thermostat installs ANYWHERE with no wiring and is universally rated with up to 3 stages cooling and 2 stages for heating. This kit offers a programmable unit (non-programmable is an option in another kit) that communicates with all REDLINK-enabled devices. It has a large backlit display with easy-access battery replacement.

FREE private labeling is available.

The equipment interface module wires to the HVAC units using standard terminal designations and easy-to-wire push terminals. The module receives communication for the wireless device. “Common sense” LED lights show when REDLINK signals are detected and all devices are connected.

The final piece of the kit is the return air sensor. This wires to the interface module for back-up control if homeowners forget to change the batteries and the system loses power. High (82 degrees) and low (62 degrees) temperature limits are programmed in to protect the home.

Get with the wireless age with HONEYWELL’s Wireless FocusPro systems. They solve problems while making you more money!
